RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

Did the item not fit? Is it small, big or you don't like it at all? It's okay! Send it back to us. We'll give you your money back. We do not offer exchanges, but if you would like a different size or product, simply create a new order.

We understand that you need to try everything on well. However, we do ask that basic hygiene precautions are followed. Always try the panties on your own underwear or using e.g. the included protective film, never try them on your bare body. You can try the binders on your bare body, but be careful of traces of deodorant etc. Please take a shower before testing.

Products must contain the original tags, so do not cut them off until you have tested the product thoroughly. Do not remove the packers from their protective packaging until you are sure you want to keep the packer. We cannot take the packer back with the packaging broken.

If the returned item is incomplete, damaged or visibly worn or washed we will have to reduce the refund amount to cover the cost of cleaning the product.

If the goods have already been partially consumed and whose nature precludes this, especially for hygienic reasons (e.g. condoms,... ), it is not possible to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

We will be happy to let us know why you are returning the goods. If you wish to exchange the goods for another, please write to us and we will make arrangements.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

Make sure that the goods do not have their tags or labels cut off.
Place the goods in the box. You can still wrap this in packing foil, paper, plastic bags or larger boxes.
You can send the parcel via the Parcel Service or another carrier. You can find your nearest branch at www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky. At the Post Office, enter the code 91681377 and dictate YOUR name. This will allow you to return it for free. If you choose another carrier, send the package to DYKKA.cz, Kateřina Ondračková, Veselá 6, Brno, 602 00, but in this case we will not pay for the shipping.
We will send the money to your account within 14 working days.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Do not send the goods on cash on delivery or as a parcel to the post office - it will not be accepted.
Please do not send us goods unless we have made other arrangements.
We recommend that you send the goods by registered mail and insure them.

RETURN POLICY

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be unworn and resalable.
Goods must not have tags removed and must also have the original tag.
The goods must not have been damaged or defaced in any way by you.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

In your own interest, we recommend that you insure the package in the amount of the price of the goods. If the parcel is lost or defaced in transit, you will be able to return the parcel with the delivery note and get your money back.

ADVERTISING REGULATIONS

We resolve any complaints by individual agreement in accordance with the applicable legal regulations (Civil Code for natural persons, Commercial Code for legal persons). After receiving the goods, always check the goods to make sure they are in order. If you find any defects, write to us and we will replace the goods with new ones. We are not responsible for defects caused by the carrier. All goods are subject to a statutory warranty period of 24 months unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

 

The warranty does not cover:

defects caused by normal use
improper use of the product
improper storage
